STEP 1: Insert the clip under the first installed tile to achieve a consistent grout joint spacing
STEP 2: Place the next tile on top of and against the clips of the previously installed tile
STEP 3: Insert the wedge into the clip to secure, align and flatten the adjoining tile (your hand or the installation tool can be used to tighten the wedge into the clip)
STEP 4: After thinset has cured, hit the clips (with or without wedge) with a rubber mallet, in the direction of the grout joint
STEP 5: Separate the broken clips from the wedges (wedges are reusable and will last multiple jobs with proper installation and removal)
